First off, thanks for making it this far down the rabbit hole. I’m one of those people who hate talking about themselves, so I’ll make it short.

I’ve built my career in the constant pursuit of new challenges, ever-curious to see the world from different perspectives.

I’ve sat at many seats around the advertising roundtable from media agency. PR agency. Brand. Vendor. Tech. Platform. Large Shop to specialty shop. I came to a point in my career where I worried, “has this approach held me back?”

The answer is decidedly, no. It’s my superpower. The multitude of my experiences powers a more holistic approach to creator marketing that considers not only relationships & content, but also data, media, and measurement. My ability to empathize & understand stakeholders’ pain points makes me a better partner.

Moonshot Projects is the next chapter in my pursuit of new challenges, and I’m excited to help you pursue yours.

Caroline’s expertise is connecting consumers and advertisers to the brands they love. She excels at helping clients build branded content strategies, develop narratives and push creative boundaries to break through.

  • With over 10 years immersed in entertainment marketing, from tentpole films to hidden gems, Mandy Pham produces culturally impactful campaigns that aim to bridge the gap between content and media. Her biggest strength - so she's been told - is seeing the product through the lens of the audience. She'll find the story and ensure you amplify it authentically with the most effective partners. Her ultimate purpose is to be a resource for underrepresented individuals to showcase their amazing work. In the past, she's hosted workshops to equip new grads and BIPOC artists/businesses with the necessary tools to align their brand goals. And her vast media knowledge allows her to advise on a wide variety of projects, including content strategy, creator programs, pitch decks, festival submissions, and live events.
